Aegis EMR is a bilingual (Arabic / English) clinical electronic medical records and practice-management platform built for outpatient clinics and small-to-mid practices across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates. It is a subscription software service — clinicians sign up online and use it through any modern web browser; there is no physical product to ship.

What we do

Aegis brings the day-to-day running of a clinic into one secure system:

• Patient records, visit charting, and structured SOAP notes
• E-prescribing with drug–dose and renal-adjustment checks
• Investigations, lab ordering, and result tracking
• Clinic inventory, dispensing, and expiry control
• Appointments, reminders, and patient self-service
• Telemedicine visits and bilingual patient documents
• AI assistance for documentation and voice dictation — always reviewed by the clinician before saving

Who we are

Aegis EMR is developed and operated by Naghamy Health LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of Wyoming, United States, with its regional focus on the Middle East and North Africa. The platform was founded by a practising critical-care physician, and is built around the realities of clinical work — fast charting, bilingual records, and patient-data safety first.

Our philosophy

"Best, not cheapest." We believe clinical software should respect the clinician's time and the patient's privacy. Patient data is isolated per clinic, sensitive AI features are off by default and only enabled with explicit consent, and every AI-generated suggestion is presented for the clinician to review and edit — never auto-committed to the record.
